Something Different
Low-barrier designates us as different.
We take insurance, but it is not required.
Our Care Coordinator will work to get you fast-tracked into qualified benefits.
We do not ask you to pay up-front, and we will work with you to improve the health of your family.
We see all ages, across the lifespan, from well-baby visits to annual Medicare visits.
We treat chronic pain, but we also specialize in substance use disorders. We do not prescribe opiates, opioids, benzodiazepines or marijuana - so please don't ask.
We offer access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for people looking for help with their addiction to opiates and opioids.

Something Special
A medical home for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness.
Low-barrier is recognizing people and their health needs before creating barriers to health care such as cost, documents and referrals.
We take care to the people, and meet them where they are, on the street.
We will never charge out-of-pocket fees to people experiencing unsheltered homelessness.
We deliver kind, compassionate and non-judgemental health care to people in great need.
